With over 20 years’ experience in electrical engineering and construction, Andrew has gained a strong reputation for developing robust management teams. Andrew is highly qualified in the electrical field and has an exceptional track record in developing effective customer relationships and bespoke solutions to his customer base. He is passionate about maintaining and improving service delivery and customer satisfaction at every opportunity.
Andrew joined SRW at senior management level in 2003 having worked his way through the electrical ranks at Lorne Stewart PLC and became the majority shareholder of the business in 2006.
In his spare time as well as being a shareholder of Leigh Centurions RLFC Andrew is passionate about the game of rugby league at grass roots level and supports the local community by supporting local sporting groups and charities.
Michael is a long serving member of the team at SR Waite Electrical Contractors and his strong work ethic has seen him excel at every level of the business.
His project management skills enable SR Waite Electrical Contractors to continually deliver projects on time and within budget.
Michael has progressed from his beginnings as electrical apprentice to become a company director and shareholder. He continues to gain additional business experience by working closely with SR Waite Group MD Andy Mazey
In his 15 years at SRW Electrical Contractors, Stuart has worked his way through the ranks from electrician to electrical foreman before joining the management team in 2009.
Stuart is responsible for day to day site management communicating with our site supervisors and liaising directly with our clients. Stuart brings over 30 years’ experience of the industry and a wealth of knowledge to the management team. His organisational skills and professional attitude are second to none and he is particularly strong on strategic planning and implementation.
One of the most experienced Facilities / PFI / Public Private Partnerships Directors in the country and perhaps the most experienced Legionella Manager in the country. Allan has been managing Legionella programmes for blue chip companies including British Gas and the National Health Service since 1990.
Bringing immense operational management experience across all sectors of industry Allan’s appointment to the SRW board strengthens the current management team by overseeing planned and strategic growth and diversification of our services to existing clients.
A mechanical engineer who has developed a successful career in the facilities industry since joining British Gas Property Services in 1980, where he worked on a broad portfolio of properties including the British Gas Regional Development Plan.
Since 1996, Allan’s facilities career progressed through senior commercial and retail facilities management roles, with Rentokil Initial Management Services and has had senior operational management responsibility for a facilities management portfolio including:

– Toyota Cars UK, Derby

Allan has been directly involved in PFI and Public Private Partnerships programmes at both pre and post contract stages, including the extended partnership schemes under NHS LIFT in East Lancashire, Ashton, Leigh and Wigan and Bolton, Rochdale and Heywood and Middleton.
Iain is a highly qualified Building Services and Facilities Manager with extensive engineering knowledge and experience.
Iain is a professional, organized person with excellent communication skills who specialises in delivering complex fit out projects on time and within budget.
