The Company

Building Services & Facilities Management Ltd are a specialist company within the S R Waite Group working with premium brands across the retail, leisure and commercial sectors throughout the UK.

The Site Manager/ Supervisor Role

Required to work closely with BSFM directors and senior management with a responsibility for the profitable management and supervision of a project or part project and ensure quality, safety and time parameters are met on building refurbishment and fit out projects throughout the UK.

Key Site Supervisor Roles & Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety procedures and policies.
• Effective supervision of site and subcontractors.
• Attendance at meetings when required.
• Complete site-specific method statements and risk assessments.
• Ensure all works are completed in a timely and cost effective manner.
• Compliance with directors procedures.
• Good communication, motivational and management skills.

The Successful candidate will require

• Valid SMSTS or SSSTS.
• CSCS.
• First Aid Certification.
• Asbestos Awareness.
