S R Waite have been awarded a contract to carry out a large CAT A electrical fit out in the heart of Manchester City Centre.
Our site team will commence work this month on the 190,000ft2 XYZ Building formally known as the Cotton Building.
With talk of XYZ being ‘one of the most exciting work spaces Manchester has ever seen’, and all offices having been fully let a year before opening, S R Waite will play a part in the next phase of Spinningfields’ evolution.
Due to the nature of the project, and the style of the building, all electrical work will be visible. It is credit to our engineers that the client has stated S R Waite have been chosen to deliver this project due to our reputation and high standards of work.
Works are programmed to complete on site in late January 2017.
